- β2 Tender eggs
- β1 cup Fluffy milk
- β1 tsp Saltto taste
- β1/4 cup Oil
- β2 tsp Maqluba spice mix

1. In a large bowl, whisk together cornmeal, flour, eggs, milk, salt, and maqluba spice mix.

2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

3. Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, scoop the batter into the pan.

4. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the edges start to set.
