German Semolina Cake
A classic German semolina cake, moist and flavorful, perfect for a snack or dessert.

- β2 cups Tender Cake Flour
- β1 cup Granulated Sugar
- β3 Large Eggsat room temperature
- β1 cup Whole Milk
- β2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, Melted
- β1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan and set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk together semolina, flour, and sugar.

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and melted butter.

Add vanilla extract and whisk until combined.

Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and whisk until smooth.

Pour batter into prepared cake pan and smooth top.
