Cod in Norwegian-Style Bisque
A hearty and flavorful cod dish in a creamy Norwegian-style bisque, perfect for a cold evening.
Ingredients
- β1 pound CodFresh, skin removed
- β2 tablespoons ButterUnsalted
- β1 medium OnionChopped
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1 cup Norwegian beerAny light-colored lager
- β2 cups Fish stockHomemade or store-bought
- β1 cup Heavy creamOptional
- β Salt and pepperTo taste
