Uruguayan Lamb Papillote with Butter
A simple and flavorful papillote dish from Uruguay, featuring tender lamb and a hint of butter.
Ingredients

- ●4 large papilloteFresh, not dried

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the lamb shoulder with salt and pepper.

Place a lamb shoulder in the center of each papillote.

Dot the top of each lamb shoulder with softened butter.

Fold the papillote over the lamb, sealing the edges.

Place the papillotes on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
