Filipino Creamy Pudding
A simple dessert inspired by the Philippines, featuring a creamy pudding topped with a crunchy cookie crust.
Ingredients
- β1 cup (250ml) thick cream
- β1 package (4 servings) pudding
- β1 cup (120g) tempting
- β1 tablespoon (15g) filipino
- β2 tablespoons (30g) sugar
- β0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
- β1 cup (250ml) water
- β1 cup (120g) crushed cookies

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

Crush 1 cup of cookies in a bowl.

Mix 2 tablespoons of sugar and 0.5 teaspoon of vanilla extract into the crushed cookies.

Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.

Bake the cookie crust for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly browned.

In a separate bowl, mix the pudding package with 1 cup of water.

Add 1 cup of thick cream and 1 tablespoon of Filipino sauce into the pudding mixture. Mix well.
