British Chicken Skillet
A classic British-inspired dish made with chicken, vegetables, and a savory sauce, all cooked to perfection in a skillet.
Ingredients

- β8 oz mushrooms, sliced mushroom
- β2-3 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and sliced potato
- β1 cup frozen peas peas
- β1 cup grated cheddar cheese cheddar cheese

Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in the skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown, about 4-5 minutes.

Add the sliced potatoes and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the frozen peas and cook until thawed, about 2 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together the flour and milk until smooth.
