Tofu Casserole
A tasty Italian-inspired casserole made with roasted tofu and Slovakian flavors.

Ingredients
- β1 block, drained and cubed tofu
- β1 can, diced tempting tomatoes
- β3 cloves, minced roasted garlic
- β1 teaspoon slovakian paprika
- β1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- β1, 9x13 inch dish casserolenon-stick
- β2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Saute the roasted garlic and olive oil in a pan until fragrant.

Add the cubed tofu and cook until golden brown.

In a separate bowl, mix together the diced tomatoes, Slovakian paprika, and italian seasoning.
