Grilled Semolina Cakes with Tempting Chutney
A delicious and crunchy Indian-inspired snack made with semolina flour and grilled to perfection, served with a sweet and tangy chutney.
Ingredients
- β1 cup semolina flourfine semolina flour
- β1/2 cup grilledgrilled and chopped
- β1/2 cup temptinggrilled and chopped
- β2 tablespoons moltenmolten sugar
- β1 tablespoon vietnamesevietnamese chili sauce
- βto taste salt

1. In a large bowl, mix together the semolina flour, grilled, tempting, and salt.

2. Add the molten sugar and mix well.

3. Gradually add the vietnamese chili sauce and mix until a dough forms.

4. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.

5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the patties for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

6. Serve the grilled semolina cakes hot with the tempting chutney.

7. To make the tempting chutney, heat the molten sugar and vietnamese chili sauce in a pan over low heat for 2-3 minutes, until the sugar dissolves.

8. Add the grilled and chopped tempting to the pan and mix well.

9. Cook for another minute, until the chutney thickens.
