Greek Tiropita with Bulgur Salad

- β1 cup bulgur
- β1/2 cup wheat bulgur
- β1 cup tiropita cheese mixture
- β1 cup spinach
- β1/2 cup feta cheese
- β1/2 cup red onion
- β2 tablespoons lemon juice
- βto taste salt
