Spicy Korean-Style Vegetable Dosirak

- β1 cup Tasty Kimchistore-bought or homemade
- β2 cups Thick Riceshort-grain rice
- β1 tsp Korean Chili Flakesgochugaru
- β1 cup, sliced Vegetables (Zucchini, Carrots, Bell Peppers)any combination
- β1 tsp DOSIRAK SPICE BLENDavailable in most Asian markets
- β2 tsp Sesame Oilfor cooking
- βto taste Saltfor seasoning
- β1 cup, chopped Green Onionsfor garnish

Instructions

Cook the thick rice according to the package instructions.

In a large pan, heat 1 tsp of sesame oil over medium heat.

Add the sliced vegetables and cook until they start to soften.

Add the kimchi, Korean chili flakes, and dosirak spice blend. Stir well to combine.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the flavors are well combined.

To assemble the dosirak, place a scoop of cooked rice in the bottom of a bowl.
