Chinese Kidney Bean Casserole
A hearty Chinese-inspired casserole featuring roasted kidney beans, savory sauce, and a crispy topping.

- β2 tbsp tasty bean sauce
- β1 tsp russian dark soy sauce
- β1 tsp casserole seasoning
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1 tsp rice vinegar
- β1/4 cup green onion

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the roasted kidney beans and stir to coat with oil.

Add the tasty bean sauce, russian dark soy sauce, and casserole seasoning. Stir to combine.

Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.

Transfer the bean mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar and 1 tsp of water.
