Greek Gouda Lasagna
A creamy and savory twist on the classic Italian dish, featuring greek flavors and melted gouda cheese.
Ingredients
- β8-10 Lasagna noodles
- β1 cup, shredded Tasty gouda cheese
- β1 cup Pungent ricotta cheese
- β1/4 cup, sliced Greek kalamata olivespitted
- β1/4 cup, chopped Fresh parsley
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.

In a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, greek kalamata olives, salt, and black pepper.

In a separate bowl, mix gouda cheese and olive oil.

Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Arrange 4 lasagna noodles on top of the sauce.

Spread half of the ricotta cheese mixture over the noodles.

Top with half of the gouda cheese mixture.

Repeat the layers, starting with the noodles, then the sauce, the ricotta cheese mixture, and finally the gouda cheese mixture.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
