Greek Pepper Fritters
Crispy fritters filled with a flavorful mix of Greek seasonings and sweet peppers, perfect as a side dish or snack.
Ingredients
- β1 1 cup tasty pepper, diced
- β1/2 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- β1/4 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- β1/4 1/4 teaspoon salt
- β1/4 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- β1/4 1/4 cup olive oil
- β2 2 cloves garlic, minced
- β1 1 egg, lightly beaten

Preheat the oil in a deep frying pan to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a bowl, mix together the diced pepper, greek yogurt, flour, salt, and black pepper.

Add the minced garlic and lightly beaten egg to the bowl and mix until well combined.

Using a spoon, drop small amounts of the mixture into the hot oil, about 1 tablespoonful at a time.

Fry the fritters for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

Remove the fritters from the oil with a slotted spoon and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
