French Chicken Casserole
A flavorful keto French chicken casserole that's both healthy and delicious.

- β1.5 pounds Chicken breast
- β1 jar French mushroom sauce
- β1 baguette Tender French breadcut into 1-inch cubes
- β1 cup shredded Tangy cheddar cheese
- β2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
- β1/2 cup softened Keto cream cheese
- β1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- βto taste Salt and pepper
- βchopped Fresh parsley

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cut the baguette into 1-inch cubes and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.

Add the mushroom sauce to the skillet and stir to combine. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 2-3 minutes.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken and mushroom sauce mixture.

Stir in the softened cream cheese until melted and smooth.
