Smoked Bean Stir Fry
A flavorful and nutritious vegan stir fry made with smoked beans and a tangy sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Smoked beans
- β2 tablespoons Tangy saucemake your own or store-bought
- β1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- β1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- β1 clove Garlic
- β1-inch piece Ginger
- β1 cup Bell peppersliced
- β1 cup Snow peassliced
- β1 teaspoon Soy sauce (make sure it's vegan)
Instructions

Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add the bell pepper and snow peas and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add the smoked beans and tangy sauce and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
