Moroccan Sellou Delight
Sellou is a traditional Moroccan dish made from flour, honey, and almonds. This recipe is a delicious twist on the classic, with a tangy twist.
Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced almonds, sellou, honey, tahini, pistachios, rose water, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and pliable.

Shape the dough into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter. Place the balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle the unsalted butter over the balls, making sure they're evenly coated.
