Japanese-Style Omelette
A simple, yet delicious Japanese-inspired omelette. The tangy flavor of the sauce adds a nice twist to the classic dish.
Ingredients

- β1 tablespoon ItalianSoy sauce or Japanese soy sauce can be used as a substitute
- β1 tablespoon TangyRice vinegar or lemon juice can be used as a substitute
- β1/4 cup LightSliced green onions for garnish

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Heat a small non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the Italian soy sauce and cook for 1 minute.

Add the eggs to the pan and cook until the edges start to set.

Add the tangy flavor, such as rice vinegar or lemon juice, on top of the eggs.

Use a spatula to gently lift and fold the edges of the omelette towards the center.
