Uruguayan Tuna Tartare

- β8 oz TunaSushi-grade, sashimi-grade tuna
- β2 tbsp Lime juice
- β1 tsp Olive oil
- β1/4 cup Chopped fresh cilantro
- β1/4 cup Minced red onion
- β Salt and pepper

Instructions

Cut the tuna into small pieces and place them in a medium bowl.

Squeeze the lime juice over the tuna and toss to coat.

Drizzle the olive oil over the tuna and toss again to coat.

Stir in the chopped cilantro and minced red onion.
