French Omelette
A simple French-inspired omelette filled with cheese and perfect for a quick, satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- β2 eggsFresh, large eggs.
- β1/4 cup cheeseShredded, sharp cheddar or Swiss work well.
- βpinch saltTo taste.

Instructions

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Heat a small non-stick pan over medium heat and add a small amount of butter.

Once the butter has melted, pour in the eggs.

Let the eggs cook for about 2 minutes, until the edges start to set.

Use a spatula to gently lift and fold the edges of the omelette towards the center.

Once the eggs are almost set, add the shredded cheese to one half of the omelette.

Use the spatula to fold the other half of the omelette over the cheese.
