Corn Tacos with American Twist
A fusion of traditional Mexican tacos with the flavors of America. Grilled corn and a tangy slaw make for a delicious and refreshing meal.
Ingredients

- β1/4 cup Red Cabbageshredded
- β2 tbsp Tangy American BBQ Saucesee notes
- β1 tbsp Lime Juicefreshly squeezed
- β1/4 cup Chopped Cilantrofresh
- β1 tsp Olive Oilfor grilling

- βto taste Black Pepper

Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Brush the corn with olive oil and grill for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until slightly charred.

In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, tangy BBQ sauce, lime juice, and chopped cilantro.

Toss to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Warm tacos shells according to package instructions.

Assemble the tacos by placing a portion of the slaw onto a shell, followed by a piece of grilled corn.
