- β2 bunches Gomen (collard greens)Chopped
- β1 medium OnionChopped
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β2 tsp Tangy spice mix
- β2 medium TomatoesDiced
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β1 tsp Niter kibbeh (Ethiopian clarified butter)

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.

Add the chopped gomen and cook until wilted.

Add the tangy spice mix and cook for 1 minute.
