Greek Feta Casserole
A classic Greek casserole filled with tangy feta cheese and perfect for a hearty dinner.

- β8 oz feta cheese
- β6-8 pieces tangy pita bread
- β1 9x13 inch dish casserole
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- βto taste salt and pepper
- βchopped, for garnish fresh parsley
- βfor serving lemon wedges
- β1 tsp Greek seasoning

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cut the pita bread into 1-inch pieces and layer them in the casserole dish.

Crumble the feta cheese and sprinkle it over the pita bread.
