Vegan Fermented Meal Bowl
A delicious, plant-based meal bowl featuring fermented vegetables and tangy slaw.
Ingredients
- ●1 cup fermented vegetablesstore-bought or homemade
- ●1 head cabbageshredded
- ●2 medium carrotspeeled and grated
- ●2 tbsp apple cider vinegarfor slaw dressing
- ●1 tbsp coconut oilfor sautéing
- ●1 cup prep meal mixaccording to package instructions
- ●2 tbsp tangy slaw saucestore-bought or homemade

1. In a large skillet, heat coconut oil over medium heat.

2. Add the fermented vegetables and sauté for 5 minutes.

3. Add the shredded cabbage and grated carrots to the skillet and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.

4. In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar and tangy slaw sauce.

5. Add the prepared slaw dressing to the skillet and stir to combine.

6. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, until the vegetables are well coated with the dressing.

7. In a separate pot, prepare the prep meal mix according to package instructions.

8. To assemble the meal bowls, place a scoop of the prepared prep meal mix in the bottom of a bowl.
