Crispy Tofu and Vegetable Stir Fry
A Chinese-inspired stir fry made with crispy tofu, crunchy vegetables, and a tangy sauce. Serve over steamed rice or noodles for a quick and easy dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 block (14 oz) tofupressed and drained
- β2 tbsp tadkafor frying tofu
- β1 large bell peppersliced
- β1 medium onionsliced
- β1 cup snow peastrimmed and sliced
- β2 tbsp greek yogurtfor sauce
- β1 tbsp soy saucefor sauce
- β2 tbsp crumblefor garnish
- β1 tsp sesame seedsfor garnish
- β salt and pepper

1. Cut tofu into small cubes and set aside.

2. Heat tadka in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

3. Add tofu to the skillet and fry until crispy, about 3-4 minutes.

4. Add sliced bell pepper and onion to the skillet and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.

5. Add snow peas to the skillet and cook until tender, about 1-2 minutes.

6. In a small bowl, whisk together greek yogurt and soy sauce.

7. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and tofu in the skillet and stir to combine.
