Gluten-Free Kiwi Panna Cotta

- β2 kiwisliced
- β2 tbsp maple syrup
- β1 tsp vanilla extract
- β1/4 cup pomegranate seedsoptional

In a medium saucepan, combine coconut cream, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is hot but not boiling.
