Korean Beef Skewers with Sweet Smoky Glaze
A flavorful and spicy twist on traditional Mexican skewers, featuring Korean marinated beef and a sweet smoky glaze.
Ingredients

- β2 tbsp soy sauce
- β1 tbsp brown sugar
- β3 cloves garlic (minced)
- β1 tsp green chili flakes
- β2 tbsp lime juice
- β1 pear (diced)
- β1 tsp smoky chili powder
- β1 tbsp vegetable oil
- β2 tbsp argentinian chimichurri

In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, green chili flakes, and lime juice.

Add the sliced beef to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated beef and diced pear onto the skewers.
