Smoked Fish Paella

- β1 lb Smoked Fish (Cod or Halibut)
- β1/2 tsp Portuguese Saffron
- β1 cup Paella Rice
- β2 cups Vegetable Broth
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- β1 medium Spanish Onion
- β2 cloves Garlic
