Saudi Meat Stir Fry
A flavorful Saudi-inspired stir fry with marinated meat, served with a hint of sweet and savory flavors.
Ingredients
- β500g Meat (Lamb or Beef)Cut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 tablespoons OilVegetable or Canola oil
- β1 medium OnionChopped
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1-inch piece GingerGrated
- β1 tablespoon SweetHoney or Maple syrup
- β1 teaspoon SavoryPaprika or Cumin
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
