Chicken Curry in French Style
A rich and flavorful French-inspired chicken curry dish, perfect for a quick dinner.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons malaysian curry paste
- β2 medium sweet potatoes
- β1 cup curry
- β1 can coconut milk
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 teaspoon pepper
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- β1 tablespoon ginger
