Malaysian-Style Stir Fried Sweet Plantains

- β2 tablespoons Gheeor vegetable oil
- β1 tablespoon Malaysian stir-fry paste
- β1-inch piece Ginger
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1/4 cup Coconut milk
- βto taste Salt
- β1 tablespoon Sugar
- β2 tablespoons Lime juice
