Prawn and Dumpling Currywurst
A German-inspired twist on traditional Currywurst, featuring prawns and dumplings.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Prawnspeeled and deveined
- β4 Australian Sweet Dumplingshomemade or store-bought
- β1 cup Gooey BBQ Sauce
- β2 teaspoons Curry Powder
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- β4 slices German Rye Bread
- β1 Sliced Onionsoptional
- β1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsleyoptional

1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

2. Season the prawns with salt, black pepper, and curry powder.

3. Grill the prawns for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through.

4. Meanwhile, grill the dumplings for 2-3 minutes per side, or until lightly toasted.

5. Warm the BBQ sauce in a saucepan over low heat.
