Crispy Stir Fry
A simple and delicious stir fry dish with crispy tofu and a variety of flavors.
Ingredients
- β1 block (14 oz) TofuExtra-firm tofu
- β2 tsp MonsoonAsian-style stir fry sauce
- β1 tsp VenezuelanCumin
- β2 cups StirMixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- β2 tbsp FryVegetable oil
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

Remove the tofu from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet.

Add the mixed vegetables and cook until they start to soften, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the cumin and stir for 1 minute.

Return the tofu to the skillet and pour in the monsoon stir fry sauce.

Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
