Brazilian Sweet Cheese Gratin
A rich and creamy Brazilian-inspired dish featuring sweet cheese and a crispy top.
Ingredients

- ●200g Brazilian Cream Cheese (queijo fresco)
- ●150g Gratin Cheese (queijo gratinado)
- ●100g Granulated Sugar (açúcar)
- ●4 Egg Yolks (ovos)
- ●50g All-purpose Flour (farinha de trigo)
- ●50g Unsalted Butter (manteiga sem sal)
- ●1 tsp Vanilla Extract (extrato de baunilha)

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a medium saucepan, whisk together sweet cheese, Brazilian cream cheese, and granulated sugar.

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Remove from heat and stir in egg yolks.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and unsalted butter until a crumbly mixture forms.

Add the flour mixture to the cheese mixture and stir until well combined.

Pour the mixture into 6 (1/2 cup) ramekins or small baking dishes.
