Sweet Ceviche
A refreshing and sweet twist on traditional ceviche. This dish combines the tanginess of ceviche with the sweetness of a dessert.

Ingredients
- β1 block (8 oz) Tofu
- β1 cup Sweetsuch as sweetened condensed milk or honey
- β1 bottle (750ml) of Fernet Branca Argentinianoptional, for flavor
- β1 cup Cevichecanned or fresh, mixed with onions, tomatoes, and cilantro

Instructions

Drain and press the tofu to remove excess liquid.

Cut the tofu into small cubes.

In a large bowl, whisk together the sweet and Fernet Branca (if using).

Add the tofu to the bowl and toss to coat.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Just before serving, stir in the ceviche mixture.

Serve chilled, garnished with additional cilantro if desired.
