Italian Stuvet Pasta
A hearty Italian-inspired pasta dish made with stuvet, tomatoes, and a hint of zesty flavor.
Ingredients
- β2 cups, sliced sweet norwegian tomatoes
- β1 cup stuvetcooked according to package instructions
- β2 tablespoons, olive oil zesty
- β8 ounces, pasta (e.g. penne or fusilli) and
- β1 cup, grated parmesan cheeseoptional
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat the zesty (olive oil) over medium heat.

Add the sliced sweet norwegian tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the cooked stuvet to the skillet and stir to combine with the tomatoes.

When the pasta is done cooking, drain it and add it to the skillet with the tomato-stuvet mixture.

Toss the pasta to combine with the sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot, topped with grated parmesan cheese if desired.
