Strawberry Chicken Tikka
A twist on the classic Indian dish, featuring tender chicken cooked in a sweet and tangy strawberry sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Chicken breast
- β1 cup Strawberry sauce
- β2 tablespoons Anduse as a marinade
- β1 tablespoon Juicyoptional, use as a marinade
- β1 teaspoon Brazilianground cumin
- β1 teaspoon Sweetground cinnamon

1. In a blender or food processor, puree the strawberry sauce until smooth.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the pureed strawberry sauce, and, juicy, brazilian, and sweet.

3. Add the chicken breast to the marinade and mix well to coat.

4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

5. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

6. Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

7. Transfer the chicken to a plate and tent with foil to keep warm.

8. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer the marinade sauce for 5-7 minutes.

9. Serve the chicken with the sauce spooned over the top.
