Sous Vide Chicken Shawarma
A Middle Eastern-inspired dish made with chicken cooked to perfection using sous vide and topped with a flavorful sumac spice blend.
Ingredients

- ●2 tbsp Olive oil
- ●2 tsp Sumac spice blend
- ●2 tbsp Lemon juice
- ●1 clove Garlic
- ●1 tsp Salt
- ●1/4 tsp Vide pepper
- ●4 Pita bread
- ●1 cup Tzatziki sauce

1. Preheat the sous vide machine to 130°F (54°C).

2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, vide pepper, and sumac spice blend.

3. Seal the chicken in a sous vide bag with olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic.

4. Cook the chicken for 2 hours in the sous vide machine.

5. Slice the cooked chicken into thin strips.

6. Warm the pita bread by wrapping it in foil and heating it in the oven at 350°F (180°C) for 5 minutes.
