Tunisian Oyster Dolsot
A spicy Tunisian-inspired dish cooked in a dolsot, a traditional Korean stone pot. This recipe features succulent oysters as the main ingredient.
Ingredients
- β12 large oysters, shucked Oysters
- β2 tbsp Spicy Tunisian Harissaadjust to taste
- β2 cloves, minced Garlic
- β1 tsp, chopped Fresh Parsley
- β2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- β1 tsp Olive Oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
Instructions

Preheat the dolsot over high heat for 5 minutes.

Add 1 tsp of olive oil to the dolsot and swirl to coat.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the shucked oysters to the dolsot and cook for 2-3 minutes, until they start to release their juices.

Add the spicy Tunisian harissa, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the dolsot. Stir to combine.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the oysters are cooked through.
