Spicy Vietnamese Ginger Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful stir fry made with the bold spices of Vietnam, featuring fresh ginger and a spicy kick.
Ingredients

- β1 Red bell peppersliced
- β1 cup Snow peastrimmed and sliced
- β2 tablespoons Spicy peanut oilor regular peanut oil
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 teaspoon Ginger pasteor make your own
- β1 tablespoon Soy sauceor tamari
- β1 tablespoon Hoisin sauceor make your own
- β1 teaspoon Sesame seedsoptional
Instructions

Heat the peanut oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.

Add the sliced ginger and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds, until fragrant.

Add the sliced red bell pepper and snow peas, and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the vegetables start to soften.
