Argentinian Beef Korma
A flavorful and spicy Indian-inspired beef dish with Argentinian flair, made with tender beef and a rich, creamy sauce. Serve over basmati rice or with naan bread.

- β1 pound beef striploincut into 1-inch cubes
- β1 cup pastapreferably penne or fusilli
- β2 teaspoons spicyuse a mixture of cayenne pepper and smoked paprika
- β1 teaspoon savoryuse a mixture of garam masala and ground cumin
- β1 tablespoon argentinianuse chimichurri sauce
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 cup greek yogurtfor the sauce

Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add the beef cubes and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is translucent, about 3 minutes.

Add the pasta, spicy, and savory, and cook for 1 minute.

Add the argentinian, Greek yogurt, and water, and stir to combine.
