Spicy Vegan Sausage Wrap
A flavorful vegan wrap filled with spicy vegan sausage and sautéed vegetables. A perfect meal for a quick lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- ●4-6 links, sliced Spicy Vegan Sausage
- ●1, large Vegetarian Wrap
- ●1 cup, shredded Folded Lettuce
- ●1 cup, diced Folded Tomato
- ●1 medium, thinly sliced Folded Onion
- ●1 medium, thinly sliced Folded Bell Pepper
- ●1 medium, sliced Folded Cucumber
- ●1 medium, sliced Folded Avocado
- ●2 tablespoons Folded Hummus

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced vegan sausage and cook for 3-4 minutes, until browned.

Add the shredded lettuce, diced tomato, sliced onion, bell pepper, and cucumber to the skillet.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.

Warm the wrap in the microwave for 20-30 seconds.

Assemble the wrap by spreading hummus on the wrap, followed by the cooked vegan sausage and vegetables.

Fold the wrap in half and serve immediately.
