- β1/2 cup Kimchispicy Korean fermented cabbage
- β1 head Lettuceiceberg or romaine
- β1 Tortilla Wraplarge flour tortilla
- β1/4 cup Cilantrochopped fresh cilantro
- β1 tbsp Soy Sauceor tamari for gluten-free
- β1 tbsp Lime Juicefreshly squeezed

Instructions

1. Preheat a pan or griddle over medium-high heat.

2. Cook the falafel according to package instructions or until crispy and golden brown.

3. Warm the tortilla wrap in the same pan for about 30 seconds.
