Pork Skewers with Ukrainian Spices
A flavorful and spicy Ukrainian-inspired dish made with juicy pork skewers.
Ingredients
- β1 pound pork shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubespreferably with a bit of fat for juiciness
- β2 tablespoons spicy Ukrainian seasoningstore-bought or homemade blend of paprika, garlic, and caraway seeds
- β2 tablespoons olive oilfor brushing the skewers
- β2 tablespoons lemon juicefor marinating the pork
- β1 medium onion, choppedfor added flavor
- β1 medium bell pepper, choppedfor added crunch
- β10-12 skewerspreferably wooden or metal for grilling
- βto taste salt and pepperfor seasoning the pork
- β1/4 cup fresh parsley, choppedfor garnish

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the Ukrainian seasoning, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
