Egyptian Breakfast Fritters
A spicy Mexican breakfast dish made with Egyptian fritters, oatmeal, and other delicious ingredients.
Ingredients
- ●4 Egyptian FrittersHomemade or store-bought
- ●1 cup Rolled Oatmeal
- ●1/2 cup Spicy Mexican Cheese
- ●2 Juicy TomatoesChopped
- ●1/4 cup CilantroChopped
- ●2 tablespoons Lime Juice
- ●to taste Salt
- ●to taste Black Pepper
Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

Add a small amount of oil to the skillet and sauté the chopped tomatoes until they're tender.

Add the Egyptian fritters to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they're crispy and golden brown.

In a separate bowl, mix together the oatmeal, Mexican cheese, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.

Add the cooked fritters to the bowl and toss them with the oatmeal mixture until they're well coated.
