- ●1 tsp Black Pepper
- ●1 tsp Garlic Powder
- ●1 tsp Paprika
- ●1 tsp Caraway Seeds
- ●2 tbsp Olive Oil

- ●2 Bay Leaves

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the pork roast with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and caraway seeds.

Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Sear the pork roast until browned on all sides.
