- β2 medium Crunchy Carrots
- β1 large Egyptian Eggplant
- β2 medium Rest of the World Sweet Potatoes
- β1 package Vegetarian Meat Substitute (Seitan)

Instructions

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.
