Spicy American Fudge Cookie Bars
A twist on traditional cookie bars with the addition of spicy flavor.
Ingredients

- β1 1/2 cups cookie
- β1/2 cup spicy American chocolate chips
- β1/2 cup unsalted butter
- β1 cup white granulated sugar
- β2 large eggs
- β1 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.

Melt the fudge and butter in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring between each interval, until smooth.

Whisk together the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.

Add the cookie and melted fudge mixture to the sugar mixture. Stir until just combined.

Stir in the spicy American chocolate chips.
