German Crusted Schnitzel
A classic German dish featuring a crispy crust and a tender interior. Best served with a side of tangy lemon wedges.
Ingredients

- ●2 tbsp SoyMixed with butter for marinade
- ●1/4 cup ButterSoftened
- ●1 cup CrustPanko or similar

1. In a shallow dish, mix together soy and butter until well combined.

2. Add the pork cutlets to the marinade, coating both sides evenly.

3. Let the pork marinate for at least 15 minutes.

4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

5. In a separate dish, place the crust.

6. Dredge the marinated pork cutlets in the crust, pressing gently to adhere.
