Slovakian Stew
A hearty and flavorful German-inspired stew made with Slovakian sausage, chicken, and vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Slovakian Sausage
- β1 pound chicken breast
- β2 medium onion
- β3 medium carrot
- β2 large potato
- β2 tablespoons tomato paste
- β2 cups beef broth
- β1 cup sour cream

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the Slovakian sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Remove the sausage from the pot and set aside.

Add the chicken breast and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the pot and set aside with the sausage.

Add the onion, carrot, and potato to the pot and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.

Add the tomato paste and cook for 1 minute.

Add the beef broth and bring the mixture to a boil.

Return the sausage and chicken to the pot and simmer until the meat is cooked through, about 15 minutes.
