Uruguayan Beef Stir Fry
A flavorful and savory stir fry made with Uruguayan beef and an array of ingredients, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Uruguayan Beef (sirloin or ribeye)Cut into thin strips
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β1 medium OnionThinly sliced
- β1 medium Bell pepperThinly sliced
- β2 tablespoons Stir-fry sauce
- β1 tablespoon Sour cream
- β1/4 cup Gooey cheese (optional)

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
